SCCG Management to Rebrand NoMad Las Vegas

NoMad Las Vegas, the boutique hotel atop Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip, will undergo a significant rebranding, officially becoming The Reserve at Park MGM on December 17, 2025. This transition marks the end of the NoMad era while maintaining the property’s high-end accommodations.

The hotel, with its 293 rooms and suites, will continue operations under the new name. Some of its signature venues will also be renamed: The NoMad Pool will be The Terrace Pool, the NoMad Library will transform into The Library, and the NoMad Bar will become The Reserve Bar. The rebrand aims to align the hotel’s identity with the broader Park MGM resort, enhancing the guest experience.

The decision to retire the NoMad Las Vegas brand follows years of operating as a boutique hotel within-a-hotel. This rebranding initiative is part of MGM Resorts International’s strategy to integrate properties and maximize loyalty programs. Starting in early 2026, The Reserve at Park MGM plans to join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection through a licensing partnership, enabling travelers to book through Marriott’s platform and earn or redeem loyalty points.

MGM executives describe the rebrand as a move to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience while preserving the luxury established by NoMad Las Vegas. The hotel’s design elements, service standards, and premium offerings will remain, ensuring continuity for returning visitors.

Industry experts see the rebranding as a strategic effort to leverage Marriott Bonvoy’s global recognition, strengthening Park MGM’s overall market presence. Guests can anticipate a familiar atmosphere with updated branding, improved resort complex integration, and continued access to the luxurious amenities that defined NoMad.

This rebranding signals a new chapter for the property, acknowledging NoMad Las Vegas’s prestige while aiming to maintain the boutique luxury experience within the expansive resort framework and global hospitality networks.
