Rebranding of NoMad Las Vegas Announced by SCCG Management

NoMad Las Vegas, the boutique hotel situated atop Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip, is set to be rebranded as The Reserve at Park MGM on December 17, 2025. This marks the end of the NoMad era while preserving the property’s premium accommodations.

The hotel, which features 293 rooms and suites, will continue operations under the new branding. Some signature venues will receive new names: The NoMad Pool will become The Terrace Pool, the NoMad Library will be renamed The Library, and the NoMad Bar will be rebranded as The Reserve Bar. The rebrand aims to unify the hotel’s identity with the larger Park MGM resort and enhance the guest experience.

The decision to retire the NoMad Las Vegas brand follows years of operating as a boutique hotel within a hotel. Part of MGM Resorts International’s strategy, the rebranding seeks to integrate properties more fully and leverage loyalty programs. Starting in early 2026, The Reserve at Park MGM will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection through a licensing partnership, allowing guests to book rooms and earn or redeem loyalty points via Marriott’s platform.

MGM executives describe the rebrand as a move to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences while retaining the luxury positioning established by NoMad Las Vegas. The hotel will maintain its design elements, service standards, and premium offerings, ensuring continuity for returning visitors.

Industry observers view the rebrand as a strategic step to leverage Marriott Bonvoy’s global recognition while strengthening Park MGM’s market presence. Guests can expect a familiar atmosphere with updated branding and improved integration into the resort complex, continuing access to high-end amenities characteristic of NoMad.

The rebranding signals a new chapter for the property, recognizing the popularity and prestige achieved by NoMad Las Vegas. The Reserve at Park MGM aims to retain the boutique luxury experience while aligning more closely with the larger resort framework and global hospitality networks.
