Thursday’s Football Tips: Benrahma 6/4 to Make Impact for Neom vs. Al-Najma

Thursday’s Football Tips: Benrahma 6/4 to Make Impact for Neom vs. Al-Najma

It’s Christmas Day, and while there isn’t much football for fans to enjoy, the Saudi Pro League offers a few games for those looking to take a break from the holiday hustle.

Four of the six teams playing today are in the lower half of the table, but Neom has a chance to move up to sixth if they win against Al-Najma at home.

They are strong favorites, and it would be surprising if Christophe Galtier’s team faltered against the league’s bottom team.

Neom vs Al-Najma top betting tips

Al-Najma has had a terrible start, securing only one point from nine matches.

However, they managed a draw in their last match against Damac, and manager Mario Silva hopes his team can rejuvenate their season after the league’s month-long break.

Neom was not in great form before the break, with a draw and loss in their last two matches, and they too are looking for a fresh start.

Unibet lists them as 5/11 favorites tonight, but betting on Neom to lead at both half-time and full-time offers better odds of 57/50 at BetMGM.

Former West Ham player Said Benrahma, who wasn’t picked for Algeria’s Africa Cup of Nations squad, is one of Neom’s stars and available for the game. At 6/4 with BetMGM for a goal or assist, he seems a good bet against the last-place team.

Al-Riyadh vs Al-Ettifaq

Al-Ettifaq is just one position below Neom in the table and will be confident facing Al-Riyadh, who are in 14th place.

It’s no surprise Al-Ettifaq is mid-table with an inconsistent record of three wins, three draws, and three losses.

Al-Riyadh is four points behind Al-Ettifaq due to a lack of scoring, with only 10 goals in nine games.

Al-Ettifaq has only 13 goals, which doesn’t promise an exciting match.

The half-time draw seems like a good bet at 6/4 with Coral, while under 2.5 goals is slightly less at 6/5 with Betfred.

Al-Fayah vs Al-Hazem

The winter break was timely for Al-Fayah, who are hoping to rebound with a win over Al-Hazem.

Pedro Emanuel’s team lost three of their last four matches before the break, dropping to 10th place.

Al-Hazem also has poor form, with just one win in four games before the break, and a bad away record against Al-Fayah.

With no goals in their last two visits, an Al-Fayah win to nil seems a good bet at 85/40 with BetVictor.

Silvere Ganvoula is expected to lead the attack for Al-Fayah, and the experienced striker is 7/4 at Paddy Power to add to his two league goals this season.
