West Ham’s Lucas Paquetá criticized football authorities for a lack of “psychological support” in an online outburst after his unusual sending-off during a 2-0 defeat by Liverpool. The 28-year-old midfielder was in limbo for two years amid a Football Association investigation into spot-fixing claims. Paquetá received two yellow cards for dissent in quick succession from referee Darren England. Despite attempts by players to calm him after the first caution, he returned to confront the official and was subsequently sent off.
