NoMad Las Vegas, the boutique hotel situated above Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip, will undergo a significant rebranding. On December 17, 2025, it will be renamed The Reserve at Park MGM. This transition ends the NoMad era while retaining the property’s luxury accommodations.
The hotel, comprising 293 rooms and suites, will continue operations under its new name. Various signature venues will also be renamed: The NoMad Pool will become The Terrace Pool, the NoMad Library will be The Library, and the NoMad Bar will be rebranded as The Reserve Bar. The rebranding seeks to align the hotel’s identity with the broader Park MGM resort while providing an elevated guest experience.
The decision to retire the NoMad Las Vegas brand follows years of operating the property as a boutique hotel within-a-hotel. This rebranding is part of MGM Resorts International’s strategy to better integrate its properties and leverage loyalty programs. Starting early 2026, The Reserve at Park MGM will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection through a licensing agreement, allowing guests to book rooms via Marriott’s platform and earn or use loyalty points.
MGM executives have characterized the rebrand as an effort to simplify operations and enhance the guest experience while preserving the luxury status established by NoMad Las Vegas. The hotel’s design, service, and premium offerings will be retained, ensuring continuity for returning visitors familiar with the original property.
Industry experts view the rebrand as a strategic move to harness the global recognition of Marriott Bonvoy, enhancing Park MGM’s overall market presence. Guests can anticipate a consistent atmosphere with refreshed branding, better integration within the resort complex, and continued access to the high-end amenities that defined NoMad.
The rebranding signifies a new chapter for the property, acknowledging the success and prestige NoMad Las Vegas enjoyed throughout its operation. The Reserve at Park MGM aims to preserve the boutique luxury experience while more closely aligning with the resort’s larger framework and international hospitality networks.
