NoMad Las Vegas, the boutique hotel atop Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip, will undergo significant rebranding. It will be renamed The Reserve at Park MGM on December 17, 2025, marking the end of the NoMad era while preserving its premium accommodations.
The hotel, with 293 rooms and suites, will continue operations under the new name. Signature venues will also be rebranded: NoMad Pool to The Terrace Pool, NoMad Library to The Library, and NoMad Bar to The Reserve Bar. This rebranding unifies the hotel’s identity with Park MGM resort, offering a refined guest experience.
The decision to retire the NoMad Las Vegas brand comes after years of operating as a boutique hotel within-a-hotel. MGM Resorts International aims to integrate properties more fully and leverage loyalty programs. In early 2026, The Reserve at Park MGM will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection through a licensing partnership, allowing bookings through Marriott’s platform and loyalty point redemption.
MGM executives describe the rebranding as a strategy to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience while maintaining the luxury image established by NoMad Las Vegas. The hotel’s design, service, and premium offerings will remain, ensuring continuity for familiar visitors.
Industry observers view this as a strategic move to leverage Marriott Bonvoy’s global recognition while strengthening Park MGM’s market presence. Guests can expect a familiar atmosphere with updated branding, improved resort integration, and continued access to the high-end amenities that defined NoMad.
The rebranding begins a new chapter, acknowledging NoMad Las Vegas’s popularity and prestige. The Reserve at Park MGM aims to maintain the boutique luxury experience while aligning with the larger resort framework and global hospitality networks.
