The demand for change on the south coast, which started as a quiet concern last spring after Fabian Hürzeler’s team earned only one point from four Premier League games and was eliminated from the FA Cup in the sixth round, has been steadily increasing. Despite improving after a slow start to this season, another winless December followed by early 2026 disappointments has added pressure on the German head coach’s shoulders.
