Bottled Blonde, a new multi-level venue on the Las Vegas Strip, is opening near Horseshoe Las Vegas on June 26th. This restaurant and nightlife spot will have its official red carpet launch on July 18th, following a soft opening. Initially announced in September 2023, the venue will be an Italian restaurant by day and a nightlife destination by night. The establishment spans three stories, featuring a full-service restaurant on the ground floor, a sports bar on the second level, and an open-air rooftop lounge with bottle service and live DJs on the third floor.
Highlights include a 38-foot LED video wall and more than 40 televisions. The rooftop offers stunning views of the Bellagio fountains. The venue is located near Ole Red, another successful addition to the Strip. The menu features appetizers like mozzarella sticks, shrimp, pizza rolls, along with burgers, chicken dishes, paninis, and pasta.
