Bottled Blonde, a new multi-level venue on the Las Vegas Strip, is slated to open near Horseshoe Las Vegas on June 26th. The restaurant and nightlife spot will host a soft opening followed by a grand red carpet launch on July 18th. This exciting addition to Vegas was first announced in September 2023.
During the day, the venue will function as an Italian restaurant, transforming into a bustling nightlife hotspot at night. It features a three-story layout with a full-service restaurant on the ground floor, a sports bar on the second level, and an open-air rooftop lounge offering bottle service and live DJs on the third floor.
Bottled Blonde boasts a 38-foot LED video wall and over 40 televisions throughout the venue, along with stunning views of the Bellagio fountains from its rooftop. Situated near Ole Red, another popular attraction on the Strip, the venue is poised for success.
The menu features appetizers such as mozzarella sticks, shrimp, and pizza rolls, in addition to burgers, chicken dishes, paninis, and pasta. The company also has locations in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Dallas, Texas. More details about this new venue can be found on the company’s website.
