The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has announced exciting details for its 2025 WSOP Paradise tournament series, promising an unforgettable winter of poker. The series will feature a $60,000,000-guaranteed Super Main Event, the largest prize guarantee in live poker history. Scheduled at the renowned Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas from December 4 to December 18, this festival is sure to be a true paradise for poker lovers.
Building on previous successes, this event will elevate the stakes even further. In collaboration with GGPoker, the world’s largest poker room, and Triton Poker, organizers of high-stakes tournaments, WSOP Paradise will showcase a remarkable lineup of high roller and super high roller events. The schedule has been carefully crafted by WSOP and Triton for a first-class player experience.
The centerpiece of the 2025 WSOP Paradise series is the No Limit Hold’em Super Main Event Championship, featuring a $25,000 buy-in and a historic $60,000,000 prize guarantee. This amount is $10,000,000 more than the 2024 event’s guarantee, highlighting WSOP’s dedication to creating one of the most esteemed poker events worldwide. Last year, Yinan Zhou outplayed 1,977 participants to win his first WSOP bracelet and $6 million.
“The success of last year’s Super Main Event with the largest-ever live tournament guarantee was groundbreaking, and this year, we’re raising the stakes,” said Ty Stewart, CEO of WSOP. “We’re not just breaking records—we’re setting new standards for the poker world with a $60,000,000 guarantee and an expanded partnership with Triton Poker.”
Alongside the Super Main Event, WSOP Paradise 2025 will offer various other tournaments catering to both high-stakes players and enthusiasts. A notable event is the $2,500 buy-in WSOP Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty on December 4, exclusively for winners of WSOP Circuit rings from July 1 to December 2, and including a $5,000 Ticket to Paradise package.
Other tournament highlights include:
– Triton Pot Limit Omaha Main Event (Dec. 5): $100,000 buy-in
– Triton Invitational (Dec. 7): $250,000 buy-in, featuring a mix of business, entertainment figures, and professional poker players
– Triton No Limit Hold’em Main Event (Dec. 9): $100,000 buy-in
– GGMillion$ (Dec. 15): $25,000 buy-in with a $10 million prize guarantee
Players qualifying through GGPoker satellite tournaments can secure a $30,000 package for the Super Main Event, which includes a $25,000 buy-in, discounted accommodation at Atlantis Paradise Island Resort, and additional perks like complimentary meals.
This year’s tournament series is unique in offering a special prize to the player eliminated on the bubble at the 2025 WSOP $10K Main Event in Las Vegas—a $30,000 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event package, turning bad luck into another shot at glory on poker’s grandest stage.
WSOP’s ongoing partnership with Triton Poker enhances the attraction of WSOP Paradise. Andy Wong, CEO of Triton Poker, expressed excitement, saying, “We’re thrilled to return to WSOP Paradise and bring the Triton experience back to this incredible location. WSOP Paradise has become an exciting stop for us, and we’re proud to be part of it again.”
With its location at Atlantis Paradise Island, the festival offers not only top-tier poker but also a luxurious Bahamian setting. Joe Brunini, Chief Gaming & Customer Development Officer at Atlantis Paradise Island, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “WSOP Paradise has quickly become one of the most sought-after events on the poker calendar. With record-breaking prize pools and the breathtaking Atlantis backdrop, this tournament is truly unmatched.”
The 2025 WSOP Paradise edition promises to uphold its tradition of excellence, with even larger guarantees and more prestigious tournaments. As Ty Stewart noted, “This year, we are raising the bar again with the $60,000,000 guarantee and a new slate of signature events. We’re making poker history, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the best poker experience to Paradise.”
