Today’s speculations are intriguing.
Victor Osimhen, considered one of the top strikers globally, is surprisingly not being pursued by Arsenal, Liverpool, or other top European clubs despite being available for transfer. With a £64m release clause, he is a more affordable option than Viktor Gyökeres and the less proven Hugo Ekitike. After a successful loan at Galatasaray, where he clinched the Golden Boot and contributed to their Süper Lig triumph, Osimhen might secure a permanent move to Istanbul due to lack of other interest. Napoli is open to selling since he has a year left on his contract, but they have reportedly barred a future transfer to Juventus.
West Ham is emerging as a possible loan option for Jack Grealish, akin to a stealthy submarine or a man struggling to exit a bathtub. The Manchester City winger’s hefty salary makes a permanent transfer difficult, but a loan could work. The idea is welcomed, largely because it promises potential collaborations with West Ham mascot Danny Dyer for engaging content. However, Everton might interfere with a proposal that would keep Grealish in the north-west.
