Wales players were left in shock at their hotel in north-east Switzerland on Tuesday night following an accident involving their team bus and a car on the way to a training session in St Gallen.
An ambulance arrived at the scene, taking the car’s driver to the hospital after the collision occurred at around 3:30 pm local time. Swiss police reported that the driver sustained minor injuries. The Welsh Football Association confirmed that all staff and players on the bus, including the driver, were unharmed.
Training was rescheduled, with coach Wilkinson, who was not on the bus, stating, “We’re shaken.”
