On Monday, the Trump administration introduced a new fast-track visa system for the 2026 World Cup’s anticipated influx of visitors to the US. However, officials warned that even ticket-holders might be refused entry.
The Fifa prioritized appointment scheduling system, revealed at the White House, will allow World Cup ticket-holders to advance in the visa interview queue. Yet, Secretary of State Marco Rubio emphasized that fast-tracking does not guarantee entry.
