At Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, a social media influencer was removed from a bar during a livestream.
This weekend, TikTok influencer Marco Ayala was asked to leave the B Lounge while claiming he was simply enjoying a bagel.
He posts on TikTok under @marcocookiez, named after his dessert brand.
A review of Ayala’s uploaded video reveals a different perspective on the incident.
The video, posted on December 12, shows Ayala being the central figure in the “Bagel-gate” situation.
The Bagel Situation
Ayala brought an outside bagel into the bar and began eating it without ordering a drink or removing his earphones.
In the video, a waitress tells Ayala he must purchase a beverage to sit and eat.
Ayala’s response was to mockingly smile into his camera and say, “Power trip, we’re gone!”
He then left the establishment, stating, “I don’t usually have time to deal with humans like this.”
The video surpassed half a million views on TikTok a day after its release.
Many comments supported the crashout, while other content creators condemned his actions through reaction videos.
Online Slander
While leaving, Ayala remarked, “Karma will get her” and looked for a place at Gate B to finish his bagel.
He boasted about being “divinely protected” and how “The universe is always on my side.”
Ayala claimed he would get the woman fired, saying, “Look who’s gonna lose her job in a couple of days because I’m gonna do some magic.”
This stirred up followers, leading them to downgrade the bar’s Yelp rating.
The lounge’s Yelp score dropped from 2.5 stars to 1.5 stars after 75 negative reviews.
Some of Ayala’s followers commented that the waitress should be fired.
A few hours later, suspecting foul play, Yelp disabled the page’s reviews.
Yelp stated this was to ensure the content reflected genuine consumer experiences rather than recent events.
