Sunday’s football tips: Try an 8/5 fouls bet as Chelsea battle Arsenal at the Bridge

The stage is set for a Stamford Bridge cracker today as Chelsea bid to fire the Premier League title race wide open with a win over Arsenal.

Both teams head into the game in fine form and with their tails up after impressive Champions League wins in midweek.

The Blues trail the league leaders by six points so they will be desperate to make home advantage count in what’s shaping up as a season-defining game.

Chelsea vs Arsenal top betting tips

Arsenal’s only defeat all season came at Anfield back at Anfield and even on that day it took a stunning free-kick to break their resistance.

We only saw one goal in that match and it ended in a 1-1 draw when the Gunners hosted Manchester City in another crunch game.

So this has the potential to be another tight 90 minutes and the half-time draw appeals at 5/4 with William Hill. Under 2.5 goals is a bit shorter at a best 10/11 with Betfred.

West Ham United vs Liverpool

Liverpool seem to be slumping from one crisis to another and Arne Slot desperately needs a result in today’s Premier League clash with West Ham United.

Hibernian vs Celtic

Martin O’Neill is set to bring the curtain down on his reign as interim Celtic boss today and will be desperate to sign off with a win away to Hibernian.

He has come out on top on five of his six matches since returning, including a superb 3-1 Europa League win away to Feyenoord in midweek.

But Thursday’s match win Rotterdam will have taken a lot out of the Hoops and Easter Road hasn’t been a happy hunting ground for them.

Celtic lost 1-0 in Leith last season and have claimed just seven victories on their last 18 visits. That makes Hibs well worth a punt in the double chance at 11/10 with BOYLE Sports.
