Ryan Mason is ready to carve his own path after helping Tottenham win the Europa League. Now 34, he steps into a full-time managerial role at West Brom, equipped with invaluable experience gained under the guidance of José Mourinho, Antonio Conte, and Ange Postecoglou. Having retired at 26 due to a severe head injury that required 14 metal plates and 28 screws, Mason turned to coaching, starting at the Spurs academy. Despite the abrupt end to his playing career, he discovered a passion for coaching, fueled by a desire to achieve the dreams he had as a player.
