‘I will be pleased … I just want my players happy’
United host Bournemouth in league on Monday
Ruben Amorim has expressed that he would be “really pleased” if Kobbie Mainoo approached him about a loan move from Manchester United.
Amorim has not included Mainoo in the starting lineup for any of United’s 15 Premier League matches, with the midfielder’s sole start occurring in the Carabao Cup defeat at Grimsby. Given this context, Amorim was questioned before Monday’s game against Bournemouth about whether the 20-year-old had discussed a potential loan move with him.
