Ruben Amorim expressed he would be “really pleased” if Kobbie Mainoo approached him about a loan move from Manchester United.
Amorim has not included Mainoo in any starting lineups for United’s 15 Premier League matches, with Mainoo’s single start occurring in the Carabao Cup loss at Grimsby. Given this situation, Amorim was questioned in the lead-up to Monday’s game against Bournemouth if the 20-year-old had discussed a potential loan with him.
