Flamengo has made an improved £35.8m offer for 28-year-old Lucas Paquetá, aiming to facilitate further transfer activities. The Brazilian club is in discussions with West Ham, and while the bid hasn’t been accepted yet, there’s optimism on Flamengo’s side about securing the Brazil international. Both clubs are currently negotiating the payment structure, and progress seems positive.
