Flamengo is in discussions with West Ham following a renewed £35.8m proposal for Lucas Paquetá.
Despite the offer not yet being accepted, Flamengo is increasingly confident about acquiring the Brazil international. Both clubs are working on the payment terms, and progress is reportedly positive.
