What made the win even more remarkable was the hand itself: Nestor landed a 7-card straight flush—an exceptionally rare and powerful combination in Pai Gow poker. In this variation of poker, inspired by Chinese dominoes, a seven-card straight flush involves seven sequential cards of the same suit, making it one of the hardest hands to achieve.
