On April 5, a fortunate player at Cocopah Casino & Resort in Somerton, Arizona, won an impressive $1,709,369 playing Wheel of Fortune High Roller, marking one of the largest prizes of the month—and notably, it was outside of Las Vegas.
Just a few days later, on April 8, another player scored CA$1,172,773 on the Wheel of Fortune Shimmering Sapphires slot at a location in New Brunswick, Canada. Then, on April 12, the Whitney Houston slot at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas paid out a staggering $1,515,034 to a lucky winner.
