David Moyes admitted to feeling disillusioned with football after resigning from Sunderland but asserts the experience strengthened his resolve to succeed with West Ham and Everton.
On Monday, Moyes visits the Stadium of Light with Everton for the first time since leaving Sunderland in 2017. The Scottish manager resigned following the first relegation of his career to prevent the financially unstable club from incurring compensation costs for his remaining four-year contract.
