The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is reportedly considering cutting down on the number of table game dealers it employs to about 120 people. According to Las Vegas Locally, the majority of the dealers will also move to part-time working arrangements, with impacted employees reportedly considering a class-action lawsuit against their employer:
The $3.7bn property has been plagued with issues since opening in December 2023 after 16 years of trying. Patrons have posted images to social media of empty gaming floors:

This isn’t the first time that the casino’s staff have faced lay-offs. Reports emerged in November that mass redundancies were imminent across many departments and that several restaurants were also closing.
