First, Spain will face France in the Nations League semi-final on Thursday night. Spain progressed with a penalty shootout victory over the Netherlands after a 5-5 aggregate score. The team has scored 2+ goals in six of eight Nations League matches, achieving 3+ goals in four. They’ll encounter a France team that conceded 2+ goals away against Croatia in March.
Moving to Brazil’s Serie A, Botafogo is expected to score 2+ goals against Ceara at home. Renato Paiva’s team has scored 2+ goals in their last five home league games, including four in their latest match against Internacional. They face a struggling Ceara, who conceded 2+ goals in three of their last five games.

- Germany’s matches have exceeded 2.5 goals in six out of eight Nations League games this year, similar to Portugal’s record.
- Australia’s games hit over 2.5 goals in three of six World Cup qualifiers, while five of Japan’s last six away qualifiers saw more than 2.5 goals.
- Indonesia matches surpassed 2.5 goals in four of six World Cup qualifiers, as did China in five of eight matches.
