Leaders rally from 2-0 down to secure a win
Southampton’s dominant first half overwhelms the Addicks
Leaders Coventry overcame a two-goal deficit to defeat 10-man West Brom 3-2 in an exciting match at the CBS Arena. Aune Heggebø’s two goals gave the visitors an early advantage, but Josh Eccles reduced the lead before halftime. After Jayson Molumby was sent off four minutes into the second half, Ellis Simms and Victor Torp scored to seal nine wins out of 10 for Coventry.
Molumby fouled Ephron Mason-Clark in the first half, resulting in a confrontation and yellow cards for both. Molumby then pulled back Torp to stop a counterattack, receiving a second yellow card at 49 minutes.
