His sole loss was a submission defeat to Randall Rayment in a HEX Fight Series Heavyweight title bout. Win or lose, it is expected that Pericic fights will feature plenty of excitement and will end inside the distance.

But he is like Pericic in that he comes into his fights with the intention of ending things early.

If Ellison can withstand the initial onslaught and take the fight into the later rounds, he may have a chance to capitalize on some fatigue from Pericic. But I don’t think we will get to that point and my best bet for this fight is for Pericic to win by knockout.
