Arsenal’s campaign in the Champions League has been marked by inconsistency, with two wins and two losses, making their final two group-stage matches critical as they faced the possibility of elimination before the second-to-last matchday. They were mindful of the capabilities of the visiting team, who managed to earn a draw against Chelsea in their opening match. Despite Twente having only two points in the competition, they have a promising squad of young players who have been impressive.
