Accel Expands Nevada Gaming Presence with Dynasty Games Acquisition - SCCG Management

Accel Entertainment is expanding its presence in Northern Nevada by acquiring Dynasty Games’ route operation assets, advancing their long-term growth plan. The acquisition, executed via its subsidiary Century Gaming Technologies Nevada, includes new venues, more gaming terminals, and increased coverage in several communities. Though financial details were not disclosed, executives expect the deal to enhance earnings in 2026.

The purchase brings 20 active sites into Accel’s portfolio, along with two additional locations pending regulatory approval, as per the company press release. Across these facilities, Accel will manage approximately 123 electronic gaming terminals. As of September 30, 2025, the company operated in 370 locations with 2,757 terminals in Nevada.

Andy Rubenstein, Chief Executive Officer of Accel Entertainment, highlighted the acquisition’s significance to their Nevada strategy. “This strategic and accretive acquisition marks an important milestone in our Nevada growth strategy,” he said. Rubenstein also noted that, “Dynasty Games has built a trusted reputation rooted in integrity and long-term relationships, and we’re excited to build on that legacy while expanding Accel’s best-in-class route operations across Northern Nevada.”

The new locations increase Accel’s reach into Gardnerville, Verdi, Dayton, Fernley, Stagecoach, and Sun Valley. These areas complement the company’s existing operations in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, Wells, Spring Creek, and Carlin. “Combined with our existing footprint, Accel now operates the most comprehensive and scaled route coverage in the state – a competitive advantage that is expected to drive continued growth and new location development,” Rubenstein said.

Dynasty Games’ Legacy Shifts to New Ownership

Roger Fuller, owner of Dynasty Games, expressed that the transition aligns with his goal of partnering with a company that values long-term relationships in the gaming industry. “After more than 30 years serving Northern Nevada’s gaming community, it was important to find a partner who values relationships and integrity as much as results,” Fuller said. He added that “Century Gaming Technologies has earned a strong reputation through its emphasis on customer care, and I’m excited to see our locations and customers benefit from Accel’s experience and dedication to the local market.”

The assets will be integrated using Accel’s operational framework, which includes data analytics and the Gamblers Bonus Loyalty Program. These tools aim to boost customer activity at the new sites.

Broader Company Performance and Market Outlook

Accel’s latest financial updates shed light on its acquisition strategy. In its third-quarter 2025 report, the company reported an earnings per share of $0.16, below the $0.21 estimate, though quarterly revenue exceeded expectations at $330 million. Analysts closely monitor the company, noting ongoing profitability and consistent EBITDA.

Additionally, Accel recently secured a $900 million senior secured credit facility, mentioned in its quarterly call. This financing enhanced the company’s balance sheet and liquidity, supporting transactions like the Dynasty Games acquisition.
