This article provides a team-by-team preview for the 2026 Super Rugby Pacific season, along with futures betting tips.

Competition Format

The competition format remains unchanged from last season.

No conference system is used, but extra rivalry games are included. The regular season consists of sixteen rounds, with each team playing fourteen games and having two bye weeks. Teams face each other once for ten games, with four additional derby matches.

The top six teams will advance to the play-offs, which include qualifying finals, semi-finals, and a final. No teams receive a preliminary round bye.

  • Positives:
    • Overcame a 1-5 start to reach the playoffs, upsetting the top-seeded Chiefs in the qualifying finals.
